Thanks to all who attended our opening!
The show was a smashing success! The artwork was amazing, from the incredible bowing egret by photographer Cheryl Molennor to the beautiful acrylic works of Michelle Collins.
Cheryl Molennor amazingly captured the elegance of an egret in full plumage as he bows, proudly displaying his beauty. The gorgeous bird seems to come to life against the black background of the piece.
Michelle Collins, created an incredible collection of pieces featuring various Saints. The works are extremely detialed with the signature style of Michelle's acrylics in mosaic form. Each piece is beautifully presented in individually lit frames, hand crafted in fine woods by her husband, Cory Collins.
The gorgeous works of portrait artist Matthew Ellrod were beautifully displayed in a Victorian style dressing room where giclee prints by Paula Showen also hang.
C.W.Tanner's works of the underwater world and tropical paradise enhance the gallery collection in the "Tropical" room in the rear of the gallery. C.W. pulls from his experiences as a scuba diver. His work, "Peace in Mirre Bayou" contains a wonderful surprise!
Also on display is the beautiful musical instrument collection by Karren Tolliver, Nature photographer Erica Urbanovich shows incredible skill through her wild mushroom and dear fly works, The magnificent "old Florida" style paintings by Gladys DePrias, Pop art by Ralph Annon, Oils by Phil Reed, Terry Kinderman's mixed media pieces, Lloyd Johnson's fused glass and wood pieces, Maryangela Smith's fabulous oils, the zany and colorful works of Dawn Marmamaduke, acrylics by John and Frances Duhler, B.J. White-Myer's profound mixed media collages and the amazing sculpture by Sergio Flores.
All works of the members on display are not to be missed! Each piece is worth experiencing!
